Throughout his career, Romain has participated in the main culinary events in the world, such as, among others, the World Gourmet Summit Singapore, the World Gourmet Festival Bangkok, the Montreal Festival, the Rencontre Internationale de la Gastronomie Toulouse, and the European Catering Cup in Lyon.
Goût Rouge - Barcelona restaurants , chef Romain Fornell is constituted as a group and brand in summer 2019. A group under which Romain and his team manages and manages all the spaces and gives an ad-hoc response of gastronomic consulting. Goût Rouge also has the mission to be at the forefront of innovation through disruptive projects gastro.
